An Important Update as We Prepare for Your Return

Hello Skin@LRG Family,

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our world has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming some form of normalcy. While many things have changed, one thing that has remained the same is our commitment to your wellbeing and safety.

Our office is gradually re-opening in accordance with the latest government directives.  Although Governor Hogan lifted the mandate regarding elective medical procedures beginning May 7th, we are taking extra precautions to ensure that all parameters are in place, prior to your appointment, with the goal of treating you in not only a safe, but seamless fashion.

Although strict infection control has always been a top priority for our practice, careful thought and research has gone into devising additional new safety policies and procedures for our office.   We kindly ask your assistance in practicing these new guidelines to help ensure your safety along with that of others.

o   Our limited patient schedule will be one that will promote only 1 patient to be in the waiting area at a time

o   In order to achieve limited contact in the waiting area, we will minimize time and extent of conversation while we are checking patients in and out for appointments.

o   We have purposed several days of the week to not see patients in order to perform a deep cleaning of the office that goes above and beyond our daily cleaning protocols

o   We have secured personal protective equipment for our staff in the form of respirator masks and gloves that we will use during all patient appointments as indicated

o   We will be using special cleaning and disinfecting agents in addition to hospital grade cleansers, sanitizers and UV lights in the office

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience, continued support and above all, for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty as we gradually resume our activities in a safe and responsible manner.

Wishing you safety and good health as we look to the future with confidence!

Warmly,

Dr. Ginn, Denise and Morgan
