Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice (1 business day) as a courtesy to other patients seeking appointments. For example, your cancellation request of a Monday (25th) appointment should reach us by Friday (22nd). If less than 1 business day notice is given for cancellation or you miss your appointment, then a fee of $50 will apply.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our very best to accommodate you. However, in fairness to our other patients, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If, you are going to be 15 minutes late there is a chance that we may have to reschedule you. Dr Ginn takes pride in our reputation of honoring our patients' time by seeing them in a very prompt and efficient manner.
